Our Community is Stronger when We All Eat

Southern Illinois Collaborative Kitchen addresses food insecurity, with a focus on the southern Illinois community, by providing free and low-cost meals and other foods to individuals negatively impacted by COVID-19 or other disease, community members suffering financial hardship, and the underserved. We serve free and low-cost meals prepared or donated by locally operated and/or locally owned restaurants and utilizing local ingredients, if and when possible.

Saturday Meal Distribution

Each week, we provide meals that can be ordered Wednesday-Thursday at 8:00 pm for a Saturday pick up. After placing an order, you can choose to donate a suggested amount. Meals are available regardless of providing a donation.

Support

Southern Illinois Collaborative Kitchen is able to provide food for those in need through support from a network of local organizations, restaurants, gardens, and farms to feed community members and raise awareness of food insecurity and also learn and educate others.
